The cost of delivery for all OGENIC® products in the UK is free of charge.
All deliveries will arrive within three to five working days from the date of order although most orders are delivered before this.
We do not deliver on a Sunday. At peak delivery times such as Christmas, normal deliveries may incur delays, we would advise that orders placed for special occasions are made in good time.
To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode. We are unable to process orders to a P.O Box address.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 working days, starting the day after the day your order was received. Return the product(s) in the original packaging accompanied by the slip provided on the delivery note. You will also need to complete the form on the returns page in order to receive a returns material authorisation (RMA) number. Once we have received and inspected the item(s) we will issue a full refund. If a product sent to you as a gift is not to your liking or if it is damaged, it can be returned under the same conditions. The person who purchased the gift will receive a refund. If your return is as a result from an error made by OGENIC® your return shipping costs will also be refunded.
